Caipirinharrier

Caipirinharrier is a complex and sour cocktail. The grain taste of Kiekendief genever combines perfectly with lime juice. A cocktail inspired by the Brazilian Caipirinha.

Ingredients:

Braeckman Kiekendief
Lime juice
Cane sugar
Crushed ice

Preparation:

Cut a lime in 2 parts and sqeeze the juice in a highball glass
Fill your glass with crushed ice and lime parts
Pour 50 ml Braeckman Kiekendief
Add cane sugar
