TASTING NOTES

• Colour: Deep copper

• Nose: Complex aroma of dried fruits, chocolate and sherry notes.
  

• Taste: Warm vanilla notes, dried fruits and nuts.

• Finish: Long with with dried fruits and dark chocolate notes.
  

INTERESTING

The whisky was aged in 􀃞rst 􀃞ll Bourbon barrels, and was finished in an Oloroso Sherry butt. We filled the Oloroso Sherry butt with 3 single grain barrels and 1 single malt barrel. Our exclusive mix of rye and malted barley ensures a spicy character. The Oloroso Sherry cask 􀃞nish adds a rich complexity and fruitiness to the smooth vanilla notes that derive from maturation in bourbon casks.
